Mr. S. S. Madhavan is the Founder and Senior Associate, with extensive experience in Employment and Industrial Laws. As a practicing Advocate in Chennai, he advises corporate organizations on a broad range of labour and employment matters and serves as a legal retainer for select corporate houses.
With strong expertise in Labour Law, Industrial Relations and Legal Audits, Mr. Madhavan combines legal knowledge with a practical understanding of organizational requirements. Mr. R. R. Ravindran brings 35 years of distinguished experience with the Department of Labour, Government of Tamil Nadu. His extensive public-sector experience has given him deep insight into labour administration, industrial relations and the practical application of employment legislation.
His areas of expertise include industrial disputes, retrenchment, layoff, lockout, closure, union negotiations, union settlements and strikes. He also has substantial experience in drafting Standing Orders, handling statutory hearings, conciliation proceedings and resolving complex employer–employee matters.

Mr. P. Nehru is a Senior Associate and Advocate with extensive courtroom experience before the High Court of Chennai, Labour Courts, Appellate Tribunals and Industrial Tribunals. His professional practice is primarily focused on Industrial and Employment Laws and labour-related litigation.
With more than three decades of experience in court practice, he brings extensive knowledge of labour litigation and employment-related disputes.
